RunCalc stopwatch with Auto+ option

RunCalc stopwatch autolap and ultra is available with Auto+ option. It increases autolap distance/time during workout, automatically. Now, you don't have have to know distance/time of your training before starting it - Auto+ option does it for you automatically. You can switch off this option during training to Auto= by clicking at the bottom of map screen.
